For more than 50 years, people have been served with care and expertise in this charming tiny shop. Whether for a wedding, ball, or a drive in a vintage car, their line of gloves is large, but quality is just as important. The same is true for their selection of umbrellas, which can withstand winds up to 100 km/h, their business socks (Falke), suspenders, walking sticks, and famous Schladminger slipper socks.

We are a young Viennese design studio for high-quality everyday companions – from clothing, shoes, bags, and purses to furniture. Using only the highest quality materials from sustainable production, we manufacture to the highest ecological and social standards in close cooperation with industry-leading workshops in Europe. In order to keep the prices as low as possible despite the high material and production costs, we sell directly in our Atelier&Shop in Vienna and in our webshop. Founded in 2015 by product designer Sebastian Leitinger, we are known for our long-lasting design focused on the essentials and our unconditional commitment to traditional craftsmanship and sustainability.

FREITAG manufactures bags and accessories from used and, increasingly, closed-loop recyclable materials. What began in Zurich in 1993 with messenger bags made from used lorry tarpaulins now comprises around 60 models, each of which is unique. FREITAG products are robust and functional everyday companions that can expect an even longer, more fulfilling life thanks to repair and exchange offers.
